Working process:
After sorting, squeezing, and crushing, household waste is automatically transported into the main combustion chamber of the garbage incinerator. The main combustion chamber is divided into a continuous pyrolysis drying zone, a preheating self ignition zone, a fully burned zone, and a completely burned zone. In the continuous pyrolysis and drying zone, the heat generated by the combustion of garbage is first used to pyrolyze and dry the garbage. The entire pyrolysis drying is completed in an anaerobic environment. During the continuous pyrolysis process of garbage, combustible gases such as biogas and carbon monoxide are produced, which facilitate the combustion of garbage and reduce the cost of subsequent combustion supporting materials; In the preheating self ignition zone, after continuous pyrolysis in the early stage, the waste can decompose and coke. Among the waste after coking, waste categories with lower ignition points can achieve spontaneous combustion during this process. Promote the increase of furnace temperature and coking of high ignition point waste. The full combustion zone uses diesel as a combustion aid material to fully incinerate garbage, which is the main working area of the incinerator. When the temperature inside the furnace is lower thanAt 850 ℃, the burner automatically turns on and refuels to support combustion; When the temperature inside the furnace exceeds 1000 ℃, the burner automatically stops, the fuel supply is suspended, and the garbage burns on its own, saving fuel. After garbage combustion, if the reduction ratio is ≥ 95%, the furnace ash will be automatically discharged. The smoke and dust enter the dual water curtain dust removal system under the action of the induced draft fan for desulfurization, and then enter the pulse bag filtration system to filter out more than 98% of the dust in the smoke and dust. Subsequently, it is discharged at high altitude to meet the standard.
